INTEGRATING POLICY, HEALTH, AND SOCIOCULTURAL DIMENSIONS IN MARRIAGE AND REPRODUCTIVE HEALTH: A SYSTEMATIC LITERATURE REVIEW

Isu pernikahan dan kesehatan reproduksi merupakan persoalan multidimensional yang dipengaruhi oleh interaksi antara kebijakan, kesehatan, dan faktor sosiokultural. Namun, sebagian besar penelitian masih mengkaji ketiga dimensi tersebut secara terpisah sehingga belum memberikan pemahaman yang komprehensif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi, memetakan, dan mensintesis literatur mengenai pernikahan dan kesehatan reproduksi melalui pendekatan yang mengintegrasikan dimensi kebijakan, kesehatan, dan sosiokultural. Penelitian menggunakan metode Systematic Literature Review (SLR) dengan mengacu pada pedoman PRISMA 2020. Artikel diperoleh dari basis data Scopus periode 2015–2025. Dari 167 artikel yang teridentifikasi, sebanyak 21 artikel memenuhi kriteria inklusi dan dianalisis secara tematik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa literatur dapat dikelompokkan ke dalam tiga tema utama, yaitu intervensi kebijakan dan pernikahan anak, skrining pranikah dan kesehatan reproduksi, serta perubahan sikap terhadap seks pranikah dan pernikahan. Tema yang paling dominan meliputi knowledge, attitude, practice, policy, screening, marriage, dan child marriage. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa keberhasilan kebijakan tidak hanya ditentukan oleh regulasi, tetapi juga oleh kualitas implementasi, literasi kesehatan, serta penerimaan masyarakat terhadap program yang dijalankan. Penelitian ini berkontribusi dengan menawarkan perspektif yang mengintegrasikan dimensi kebijakan, kesehatan, dan sosiokultural sebagai dasar pengembangan kebijakan pernikahan dan kesehatan reproduksi yang lebih komprehensif.
